1)  You may cancel this agreement at anytime. 

2)    You will be billed one month in advance for the service.

3)  Should circumstances beyond the control of FSBO Hotsheet such as power outages, equipment failure, or other circumstances, prevent FSBO Hotsheet from keeping its delivery schedule, FSBO Hotsheet will provide you with the missed data as soon as possible in a combined email or fax.  You understand and agree that no other remedy will be provided to you by FSBO Hotsheet for delayed receipt of data.

4)  FSBO Hotsheet reserves the right to amend the terms of this agreement with 30 days notice.

5)  Receipt by FSBO Hotsheet of your subscription fee is understood by all parties to be your acceptance of the terms of this agreement or the agreement then in force.

6)  FSBO Hotsheet reserves to right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

You, the Subscriber, agree to:

1)  Use the FSBO Hotsheet information for your exclusive use and not release it to anyone else.  If you distribute this information in violation of these terms even once in a 30-day period, you agree to be responsible for paying the scheduled monthly fee for each person to whom you have provided this material.  You are aware the material is copyrighted and agree not to infringe upon the copyrighted. (Please ask about our Broker agreements.)

2)  Promptly pay $25 for any bounced check or declined credit charge.

3)  Hold FSBO Hotsheet, FSBO Hotsheet employees, principals and its vendors harmless as well as pay all of FSBO Hotsheet's and its vendors legal costs, attorney fees and judgments caused by your releasing this data to any unauthorized party or by breaking the terms of this agreement.
