Answers:
- How much does your service cost?
Our service is only $39.95 per month. If you would like to pay us more for our great service, we will accept it.
- Do you cover my area?
We cover over 300 areas throughout North America. Please go to our "Areas We Cover" tab to see if we service your area. If you don't see your area contact us
at CustomerService@FsboHotsheet.com
- Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. You may choose a month to month or quarterly billing. We want you to be in our service, not forced to be in our service.
- Where do you find the
ads?
We search newspapers, look through FSBO
websites and scour through FSBO magazines.
- How many people are using your service in my area?
Not many. The average number of clients we have in any given area is 525. Just kidding, it's about 8.
- Can I request additional areas?
Yes. We will give you up to two adjacent areas for a total of $39.95 per month. Additional areas are
$10-$20 per month per area.
- Can I import this data into my contact management software?
Yes. For no additional charge we can send the daily leads to you in a comma delimited, or an excel spreadsheet, which you can then import directly into
most contact management programs.
- How can we reach you?
We make it very simple to reach us. If you haven't noticed yet, we put our names, direct phone numbers and e-mail addresses on everything we send you. Oh yea, we don't run and hide after
you join our service. Again, our contact information is on everything we send you.
- How long does it take to start receiving ads after I sign up?
Typically 1 business day (Saturday and Sunday are not business days).
- What hours are you open?
We are open from 8am to 6pm EST. We take lunch from 12:30 to 1:30. Yes we do answer the phone personally when you call, and will return all messages (phone or e-mail) with in the hour. I know it's a shock to get good customer service, but good service is good business.
- Are there any cancellation fees or upfront fees?
No cancellation fees and
no upfront fees. When you sign up, you are
paid through the next 30 days. If you do
decide to cancel, we just need a phone call
or e-mail of your request to cancel. You
will then receive a confirmation e-mail that
we have received your request to cancel and
confirmation that your credit card has been
disabled and will not be charged again. It
almost sounds to good to be true. Not
really, it's just called good customer
service.
- Do I have to open an attachment everyday to get the information?
No, only the first e-mail we send to you will come in the form of an attachment, otherwise, your information will be in the body of the email. If you need additional help, we have computer classes each MWF at midnight if you'd like to join us.
- How do I save the information and delete the ads I don't need?
When you receive your information, go to the upper left hand corner and click on file, then click "save as." This will then allow you to save the information as a document. We suggest you set up a folder in your computer and save your information daily and keep it in one spot. Now, once you have saved the document, you can then delete, edit, or doodle on the form. Yes I said doodle!
- Why does the information get deleted when I try to edit it?
You have to save the e-mail first (go to file, click on the "save as", and save it). Then you can delete any information you don't want or need. If you need this explained another way, go to #14, to hear the same answer explained a different way.
- Will
you call the Fsbo leads for
me?
We do a lot, but not everything. We suggest you actually pick up the phone and call a few each day. You pay for it, so please use it.
- Do you have a "Fsbo System" or follow up program that we could buy?
We have a number of different Fsbo systems that we recommend. Or, if you have a real estate coach, they should be able to help you with a system that works best for you.
- Why should I pay $39 a month when I can look through the newspapers myself?
We don't claim to do anything you can't do yourself. The question is how much are you worth? We hope around or more than $100 per hour. If so, you would be wasting your valuable time and money doing it yourself. Beside, we are the professionals in our service, just like you are with yours. Finally, our price is cheap so you don't have to be. You can laugh out loud now.
- How do I become a sales associate for Fsbo Hotsheet?
Call or email us for a confidential
interview so we can share a great
opportunity with you. Please, no suits or
ties or resumes'. We've already been there
and done that and it not our style. However,
please brush and floss before calling. Thank

- Why are
there more ads in the newspaper, versus the report I receive?
Remember, we eliminate the duplicate and repeat ads, so you don't have to. If, you think we have missed something, please write the number down and e-mail it to us and we'll tell you when you received it. We have been challenged and not missed any yet. However, we'll eat a bug sandwich if we miss a fsbo ad.

- Can I pay by check?
No, we don't accept checks, however, we do take VISA, Discover, MasterCard & American Express. We are applying to accept Target, Nordstrom, Chevron, Citco, Ralph's, Kroger's, and Piggly Wiggly's. We will let you know when they are
available.
- Do you have any more FAQ's (frequently asked questions)?
Not right now. We are currently gathering more questions and will add them at a later date. However, we are collecting FADQ's (frequently asked dumb questions), and we'll have those for you soon to review and laugh at.
